Tasty, Low-Carb & Magnesium-Rich Snack
These organic roasted and salted pumpkin seeds check all the right boxes: low-carb, high-magnesium, and genuinely tasty. They’ve got a crunch similar to sunflower seeds, but bigger and more satisfying. The light salt gives them flavor without overwhelming the natural nutty taste.Perfect for snacking, adding to salads, or mixing into trail mix. If you’re trying to boost nutrients without boosting carbs, these are an easy win. I keep these in the house for daily snacking.

Taste good, and
First off, I like the flavor. It’s good and I’m going to order some more soon. Second, I finally found something I can eat on a regular to replace my magnesium supplements.I do recommend for just snacking or if you want to increase your magnesium intake.

Love them!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love them! Perfect for a couple salad recipes I use them in and I even enjoy snacking on them. And they are also good for your dogs obviously providing no salt is included. Good all the way around.

I would buy again
Crispy and crunch. Great for salads. A bit on the greasy side and well salted.

Great quality and very fresh! They have just the right amount of salt. Not too much. Can’t stop eating them. Would definitely buy again.

Good/bad . . . read the ingredients list
Certainly delicious, but not as healthy as I expected -- roasting in sunflower doubles the fat content, roughly, adding a bad oil. Pumpkin seeds have so much relatively good oil of their own that no extra's needed, at all. Who cares if it's organic, if it still clogs arteries?
