The product was working amazing until one day the receiver wouldn’t turn on. I thought to check with the manufacturer, and they are now sending a replacement! Above and beyond expectations.

One of our replacement receiver gave out and stopped working. I was beyond the return or exchange period Amazon offers. But I reached out to the manufacturer. They were very helpful and on tip of my inquiry. They replaced the product for me. I am very happy with their support and would love to give them a 5 star review.

Works exactly how it says it works! Has the sound, buzz, and shock. The levels of each is dependent on the pup. Not super expensive compared to other brands and has great battery life. Super easy to use. Only complaint would be that the adjustability is poor since you are given one large collar that you have to cut to fit. However, it is very nice that it fits all dogs.

And August, like the 21st it worked the first week now it don’t work at all. It only buzzes every now and then it will vibrate. It don’t shock at all so it defeats the purpose. My dog still bark bark bark bark. It don’t do nothing. it was a waste of money,

This product was so easy to use and so worth every penny…. Made controlling the dogs so much easier as I have two big dogs and this really helps especially with the barking!!! No more need inf to worry when we have guests over!

It’s ok. Works fine with the remote but the automatic bark feature doesn’t seem to work. Mine didn’t come with a manual so I am unsure if there is a way to turn it on but I’ve tried everything I can think of.

My first one didn't work. Well, after receiving my second one with no problem, it might have been me. I might have had it locked. The battery last for ever! We don't use it every day, but I only have to charge it one every few months. My dog loves the water and the collar handles it without issue. I got the 2 pack because I thought that I might have to have one charging all the time, but I've never needed the second one. I also love the way that you can change the settings. We don't use the shock so it's turned all the way down. Great buy, great customer service!

We got this on August 2nd and it instantly worked awesome for our dog who will not stop barking. After about a month (today is September 9 and it's been happening 3 days now) the collar non stop goes off on its own and multiple times in a row. Not sure what kind of defect this is but it sucks it happened outside of my return window

C'est le 7e collier que j'essaie avec mon Goldendoodle, ils ne fonctionnaient pas sur mon chien, j'ignore si c'est a cause de son poil frisé.Celui ci, que par le son strident a fait complètement cessé mon chien d'aboyer. Mon chien aboie sur tout et pour tout; un écureuil, un chat, un oiseau, s'il voit une auto, une personne et il aboie sans cesse et longtemps.Grâce a ce collier, dès le 1er jappement, il fut surpris par le son. Dès qu'il a tenté d'aboyer encore, le son lui a fait cesser totalement. Depuis 3 jours, j'ai la paix, la sainte paix. Il ne jappe plus, ou plutôt il fait de doux grognements a peine entendus. Même pas eu besoin d'utiliser le choc!Mes voisins sont aussi enfin heureux :)

this worked great while it lasted. It stopped working 8 weeks after purchase. The receiver wont charge and there isn't any contact info.
