Simple to use foot massager muscles stimulator
I been using it. Does seem to relieve foot and feet pain. I feel like my circulation is working better. It’s quiet and comes with remote control. I use the pads for my back, I does relax my back.

Great gift!
We purchased this for a co-worker who had surgery for plantar fasciitis. The surgery did not seem to do much to help his foot pain. We bought it for him to use at work. This foot massager seems to offer a degree of relief needed for him to get his work done without severe discomfort. The sound level is acceptable because he uses it in his enclosed office.

Excellent Customer Service
I bought this unit in September and it was working perfectly. Then this month it stopped working. I got in touch with customer service and they responded the next day. They guarantee their product and after a few emails they replaced the unit which I received today. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I would recommend this product to anyone. i would give customer service 5 stars, but had to give the unit 4 because it did stop working.

Now That’s A Foot Massage
I wanted a massage tool for the fascia of my feet because it often seems tight and on the verge of causing issues. I did buy this massager but without any preconceived notions other than the reviews I read. This Shiatsu Massage machine definitely massages your feet. Depending on the settings it can just barely massage or massage the dickens out of your feet and I like that it is easy to turn off for reasons I will mention in the next paragraph. I really like it and use it every day after a HIIT walk and a step routine,I wish it did more for my heels but if I press down on my heel while my feet are in position I do get a massage just not as much as the ball, arch and toes of my foot enjoy. The massage can actually be painful if you use some of the settings but that is subjective and each person has to try them out to see what feels best. Good news is it is easy to turn off, so if the massage is more than desired just turn it off!I can easily recommend this massager to friends and family who want to keep their fascia flexible and pain free (no plantar fasciitis for me).

Well please does its jobs well
PROS:IF you get your feet in right, gives good shiatsu style food massage.CONS:Wish foot wells were slightly bigger, while only a size 9 1/2 mens, seems I have to absolutely force my foot as deep in as possible to get my foot in the right position. A large part of the time (especially with below issue) seems my foot is not quite in all the way and what should be massaging the 'ball/toes' is to far forward and doing almost nothing (unless your force curl your toes down, then slightly doing them, but normally toes just push up slightly unless you 'grip/make a fist (with your toes). If you need a foot massager good chance, you are not in perfect condition... the controls that have to be set each time it is turned on (heat/ intensity/ mode) and the fact that it comes on 'imeddiately' when powered on, means, at least for me, you have to 'scrmable' and rush, to get down, press button to turn on (it starts to inflate/run), press buttons for if heat is needed, for mode and for intensity, THEN as fast as you can get back into a sitting position in your chair and try to get your feet in BEFORE the sleeves are too inflated, for your feet to go in all the way.Would gladly add one if not too stars... if1) It had a remote control (whether wireless, or even wired) , so it could be turned on/adjusted, while in an normal sitting position, so you could get your feet in and get comfortable, THEN turn it on/adjust settings. (2 stars addded for total of 5)2) They at least built a 30 second or so delay from time, last button was pressed until it 'came on', so you could set it how you wanted, then have a little time to get 'into' it and your chair before it came on. (or ideally something that could sense your feet in it, and come on 5 seconds or so, after settings were made and then foot/feet were detected fully into sleeve. (1 start added)

It won't work for me
I'm sure this product will work fine for many people. Unfortunately it won't work for me. Came to find out that it would put me at high risk since I had 2 hearth stents implanted a year ago. I wish this risk factor information was made available "BEFORE" the order was processed. Can I return This opened/unused package for a refund ?Thanks
