Received Defective item TWICE
Received a defective blender base, it did absolutely nothing when plugged in and tried 4 outlets… returned and received a replacement that was also defective. No movement, no sounds like buzzing or clicking or anything, no burning smell just didn’t do anything. Save your time and money.

Well made products
I would like to apologize to both the maker of this product and also Amazon. It was due to my era that this particular blender was not operative. Someone came in and offered to help. I had not lined up the prongs necessary not only to get this blender working but also to keep mesafe while using it. I gave a bad review initially and I was in the wrong. My error. Now that it's working properly I am thoroughly enjoying my blender. The price was wonderful. I no longer have a desire to return it.

This is a very easy to use blender that is powerful. I love that it comes with 2 blades and additional cup accessories and lids. That comfort top, is a great afterthought on how to make things just a tad bit nicer for the customer.

PRECAUCION !
He usado poco este artículo; al principio parecía muy buena pero quisiera compartir mi experiencia y decirles que tengan cuidado al momento de girar el vaso y enroscarlo pues muchas veces me pasaba que se atoraba. Esta última vez se atoró pero casi imposible de sacar lo dejé ahí un par de horas pues tenía que salir y cuando regresé estaba reventado y explotado (desconectada) y no estaba en un lugar que le daba el sol sino “fresco” sin embargo fue un caos y evidentemente se dañó el aparato más todo el departamento para limpiarlo fue un desastreDesconozco por qué sucedería algo así.
