22 Break

I first became aware of Oh Wonder a couple of years ago, when I heard one of their tracks on the radio. Since then, I have returned to their music again and again. With this latest release, I think that they have experimented a little bit more. The first track that I heard before release of the album was "Don't Let the Neighbourhood Hear." This is a song, essentially, about arguing, about those moments in a relationship when you may fear that your neighbours can hear you shouting at each other. Despite the subject, it is a catchy song. Likewise with "22 Break" - again, a song about a relationship in decline and that it takes two to break a heart.Overall, I have really enjoyed this album. Looking forward to hearing where they'll take us next.
