Easy to set up and operates very well
Bought because of musty odour in basement. That odour is no longer evident and we empty the reservoir every day. We had no idea we needed this appliance. The unit is quiet, efficient and we are pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

Love this product. Great for my crawl space as I can leave a large garbage bin and have the drain hose attachment drain into the bin. Don’t have to check on it as often. Without the drain hose I was emptying the tank twice a day. Highly recommend.

WORKS GREAT....GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased this dehumidifier for my house which had been heavily damaged by water and smelled like mold. This unit did a great job reducing the humidity and efficiently removing moisture in the air. The unit arrived promptly and was easy to set up and it works flawlessly. I like the sleek design of the machine, it is light weight, has wheels and its easy to maneuver. Excellent product...but very small reservoir/storage tank.
The unit itself is very good. It is quiet and very efficient as removing moisture from the air. Only issue is the storage tank is ridiculously small. The unit has to be emptied twice a day and only holds about 20-30% of what a standard dehumidifier tank would hold. Makes it impossible for this to be in use when nobody is home. Other than this massive design flaw, it is a great unit.
