Nice product, just order one size bigger than you think. It was rather tight on my arm making it uncomfortable.

My son plays high school basketball and wears this over his Dexcom sensor that he inserts in his arm. He gets bumped and hit throughout the game, but the sensor stays in place.

I tried to return it and they did an exchange. It doesn’t fit. Way too tight. If ordering, I’d order the biggest size available unless getting it for a small child.

I did not like this at all!! It was too tight and had a sticky band of rubber inside of it to keep it from moving that was very painful after wearing it for a few minutes.

I purchased the large for my teen daughter & it was to small!

I measured my biceps at 14 inches exact, including over my pod, I am not a body builder by no means and feel like only average arms. According to the chart I needed a 2x large or possibly and extra large. I got the 2x and its way to small, a very tight fit. Returning the 2X, I ordered a second one at 3x the largest available and its also too small but useable if I put my pod lower down my arm. It pinches my under arm so I will try to lower it some more down my arm. It does make sleeping with my pod much more comfortable and holds it in place well. I also put my Dexcom beside my pod to cover both at the same time. I like the way it looks and holds, especially when wearing a tank top or short sleeve shirt. Will probably order again, but they do need to size these closer to actual size needed.............Update: Upgrading to 4star. Returned the 2x for a 3x. The fit is much better and goes over my Omnipod and Dexcom and just tight enough to stay in place with no problem. I am not very active so this works well. I will say that if your very athletic the 2x would probably be better. The 2x was uncomfortably snug to me, but I don't think a 3x would stay in place without slipping if doing a heavy work out. The return was smooth and easy, no problem.

I was worried, reading other reviews, that I would get a band too small for my arm.But it fits perfectly, without causing any discomfort.Okay, you kinda need to get used to it - having something cuffing your arm is a bit annoying. But so is pretty much everything you'll get - even the sensor's glue starts itching after a few days.Just be careful mesuring your arm - I took the measure around my biceps, and I feel like some people out there measured ther wrists.
