Previously I would just use my poof to scrub but this glove is so much more convenient.. with the fitted wrist instead of just holding it. .. It loads up nice with soap and exfoliates really well. Encourages circulation which also I think (for me) minimizes the look of cellulite, there is no proof of that theory but it makes the skin on my arms look much smoother. without hurting too much like dry brushing does,.
