It's extremely cheaply made... And unless you use the bluetooth to connect your phone to it and use Waze, the manufacturers recommended GPS software is a pay-to-use app... So there's that little tidbit of BS. I'd avoid it if I were you. I bought this for a friend of the family who "doesn't know how to use the GPS on my phone"... And I think I should have just taught him how to use it instead of buying this. The little plastic "sun-shield" this comes with is also extremely cheap and doesn't stay on worth a crap.

Not worth the money.Has never worked well. Doesn't sync with satellites well enough to stay current with your location while driving a programmed route, so you get the instructions to "Turn right" about 45-60 seconds after you have passed the turn.Now the screen keeps going blank (black) while in use. Going to trash it and get a Garmin and purchase it somewhere I can return if problems with performance beyond Amazon's 3 week cutoff!

the advantages of the product1- the value for money .2- it handles the most important points for the driver lik GPS maps , Audio and Video .3- the ease of use in the car with high touch screen sensitivity .4- the automatic shutdown option when you turn off the car engine.5- the Holder is very strong and flexible as enough .the disadvantages1- the battery life is too short2- the internal memory for apps. is very very small it just only 500 mb it cant accept just one app or 2 . and no chance for updating the other apps3- the navigation maps only for USA4- the resolution of the screen is poor5- it needs adaption of the FM frequency every time you turn on the car engine.6- only one slot it used for charging during driving and no chance for USB flash so you must use SD card for your media

Mount that came with it broke within two days. Aside from that I love this!!

I returned it... didn't meet my needs or expectations.
