My hair is fine, colored and breaks easily. It also started getting wavy/curly for no apparent reason about 4yrs ago (I'm 56). I never thought that one's hair could really sustain a lot of damage whilst sleeping, unless someone was thrashing around uncontrollably and pulling on their hair all night. I have a satin pillow case and would wear my mid length hair in a loose braid and that seemed to be fine, but I was also very intrigued by the silk bonnet.. I didn't think it would really do anything for my hair but boy was I wrong.I brush my hair before putting it into the bonnet, and in the morning, when I take it off, sure my bangs are a mess, but they are easily dealt with. But the REST OF MY HAIR WAS LIKE I NEVER EVEN SLEPT ON IT.I am not joking when i say there is no frizz.. and if you knew me, you would KNOW that I refer to my hair as "Old Lady Haystack Hair" (honestly, it's a disaster).This bonnet is soft, easy to adjust, STAYS ON ALL NIGHT, doesn't have too much material, doesn't cause a headache and is extremely easy to put on.I'm writing this review because I just ordered another one. I plan to use one for when I oil my hair at night (once a week) and the other one for the other six days so I don't have to continuously wash just one.I really wish I would have succumbed to the hype of a silk bonnet YEARS ago. It would have saved me so much strife about my stupid hair!Great product!!!

This is my favorite bonnet! The inside fabric is smooth and stays fairly dry even if I put it on over damp hair. I love the charcoal color and the outer fabric also feels nice. My only complaint is the sizing. I really have to pull the elastic to get it to stay, if it's too loose it either falls off or will slide down my face. The child sized one is too tight though. The top part has plenty of room & even though my hair doesn't fill it out, it's lightweight enough that it doesn't feel floppy or anything like that. It does say hand wash only, I have not tried machine washing it, but I typically use an old salad spinner for hand wash items. Instead of laundry soap, I wash in the salad spinner with a little bit of dawn dish soap and it comes out great, drying quickly too. Even with the sizing complaint, this is still my favorite bonnet.

This is overall a nice silk cap for those wishing to protect their hair during sleep. The outer modal fabric is soft and slick, and the inner silk feels real. This beanie-style cap is not for those with lots of hair but is a really great option for shorter cuts or mens' styles.My biggest gripe about the product, and the reason I only give it 3-stars, is that the adjustable elastic band (which helps keep it on your head during sleep) is approximate 1/2" wide and sewn into a fabric channel of approximately 1-1.5". Because the elastic is not tacked or in a smaller channel, it rolls while taking it on and off and eventually no longer lies flat against your forehead.

Excelente gorrito! La primera noche que lo use no me sentía cómoda, sin embargo, a partir de la segunda noche fue perfecto y mi cabello al día siguiente parecía salido de una revista! Cero nudos y cero frizz. Súper recomendado! 👌

Super soft and has helped me sleep during chemo. No rubbing on pillows and it keeps my head comfortable at night.

I love this bonnet. I have thick curly hair and it keeps it from being frizzy.
