My husband does PD at home each night and these belts are great for him to store his catheter after treatment.

after a bunch of uses, it starts to irrate the skin.

I believe this belt would have worked better for someone thinner, the patient was heavier and lost a lot of weight so a wider band would have been better. Loved the design though.

This dialysis belt has strong velcro - in fact, a bit too strong. I have trouble getting it apart. I have a special end on my catheter because I don't have strong fingers, and I appreciate having a belt to tuck the catheter in. I purchased other belts that just didn't hold together - but not this one!

I found the product awkward to use and manage. It uses a Velcro system to help keep the belt around the waist area. It is soft, and not too maddening to wear long-term. BUT it’s just one more thing at the waist, like my slacks waist, my panties waist, and then this.Tooo much. The feeding tube head is hard to slip into the covered area on the belt. The rubberized tube does not want to slide into there. I’ve given up on it as well as another one with a slightly different design.

I purchased for a child (11yr) waist size is 32 and it was tight. I would have given 5 stars but it is not true to size
