It was perfect for our Halloween party last year.

When I opened the box I noticed that the cord had been unwrapped and the wire twist tie was laying in the bottom of the box. I plugged in the light and got one flash. Moved it to a different outlet and got one flash and no more. After that, it was just dead. On the bright side, it was shipped fast :)

I read some reviews where the unit blinked once and quit, mine did it too. Piece of junk. For the one time it did blink, it was plenty bright. Might be good if you get a good one.

Sent ti back. One flash when you plug it in and then nothing. Not the highest quality construction, but about what you'd expect for the money. However, if it doesn't work then it's completely useless.

The version of the strobe light I received is not DMX controllable which defeats the whole purpose for buying it. Will return.
