I like everything about my new Hiwill 2 in 1 hair remover and eyebrow trimmer. It's small and easy to use and it's also very gentle on my skin. I like the fact that it is rechargeable and it's also very beautiful to look at and feels good to the touch. I've used it in several ways now and appreciate that it is multifunctional. It comes with the USB charger cable and has 2 changeable heads. The precision tip for small areas like my eyebrows or trim nose hair or tight hard to get to areas to remove body hair. The big trimming head works well on all body hair And I find that pulling my skin tight 1st and then removing body hair helps create a soft silky feel afterwards. Love the LED light that let's me see the finest hairs and remove them. And it feels good to hold, it's perfectly balanced. My favorite new product.❤❤❤

I use to get my eyebrows waxed every two weeks but now that I have a toddler, it is hard to manage the time to get in the salon every two weeks so I bought this for in between a it is easier, less painful and faster than tweezing. This eyebrow time works great. If it's easier than all of the other eyebrow tweezers I have used. I like the light and that you do not need much skill to use this. I also like how the charge last multiple uses. It is also very easy to clean

My wife purchased this product back in April 2022. It stopped working less than a year later. It just won't turn on (even with new batteries). Disappointed is an understatement. I am aware that I'm over my return period for this product. But I just wanted to express my issues with the quality of this product. Be aware, buyer!

I like that this comes with interchangeable heads so you can use one tool for both broad and precision areas; and that it comes with a rechargeable battery so I can reduce battery waste. These 2 features make this a much better option than the popular brand name trimmer, which sells its facial hair remover and eyebrow trimmer as 2 separate products, so you’d have to buy 2 separate tools (more waste, less eco-friendly) instead of offering a single tool with interchangeable heads; and their rechargeable battery versions cost double. So I’d be looking at paying 4x the cost of this 2-in-1. I’m not sure the difference in quality is worth it. This may be cheap, but it does the job.The tool is pretty good at removing fine hairs. No snagging, pulling, or skin irritation—a purely pain-free hair trimming experience. At first I wasn’t even sure it was working because it felt like nothing, but sure enough the hair was gone. It’s less efficient on coarser/longer hair, requiring multiple passes to clear them, but still works decently even on those. I got this to clear my face and arm hair before laser hair removal. I was able to fully clear all of my arm hair—a combination of short peach fuzz and longer fine hairs) in under 5 minutes.It’s easy to open and clean out, which I do frequently to keep it working at peak power. The razor part fully detaches from the precision head so you can totally clean that easily. The broad head doesn’t, but you can remove the lower ring to get better access to the razor, and most of the hair collects in the bottom ring anyway. I just use the included brush to clean it out, and occasionally run the detached head under water.The battery keeps up for a good 30 minutes (the max I’ve gone), but I do charge it overnight afterwards to ensure a full charge for the next use. This just comes with a cord that plugs into a usb port; power block not included, which is fine as I have an abundance of USB charging ports and am happy to reduce waste where possible. The heads start to feel warm after a few minutes, but never get hot.The built-in lights are ok. They provide some illumination but not a whole lot. I don’t really rely on them.

This item did not glide over my face well when using it to remove"peach fuzz"on the sides of my face nor did it remove eyebrow hair that well either. It did remove the facial hair but it took several times going over the face for it to get it all and it's not like I had a lot of hair on my face to remove and what I did have was very thin fine "peach fuzz" so this product should have easily shaved it off. I think it would be better if the head for using on the face was bigger so that it would cover more surface area because with the small head it just takes longer and having to go over your face more times in order to remove all the hair. I do like the fact that it can be charged back up and comes with a usb charger vs batteries. I also appreciate the customer service for this product. They get back to you very promptly with any questions you ask and seem to genuinely want to please their customers which is always a plus with me. I think this product could use some improvements though as I said, maybe a larger facial head to cover more surface area and the heads could stand to be more powerful or sharper?, not sure if sharper is the right word but the shaving heads could use improvement because they don't grab the hair well enough to remove it without having to go over your face several times which can be irritating to the skin if you have very sensitive skin as myself. Pro's for this item are: Great customer Service, usb charged, easy to use and hold in your hand, convenient for traveling, easy to clean and cons for this item are: facial head needs to be larger and the disc head needs improvement so that it grabs& shaves the hair better. Also there is a built in light but it does not really help that much and probably also needs improvement on it's design so that the light actually reflects on your skin so that you can see the area better that your using it on otherwise it's kind of useless.

This product is nice. .it’s pocket size for travel and everyday use, the blades remove hairs individually down to the root, painless removal process that glides over the skin, no breakouts on my skin, no razor bumps.It makes my beauty routine so much more simple!! It is effective and works great and all the tons of tiny eyebrow hairs that take forever and hurt to pluck with tweezers which is what I did before. The fact that its USB rechargeable makes it better than the battery operated ones.
