I ordered this for my mother's liftchair. She had broken the previous remote and I had reservations about purchasing this, but it ended up being a perfect connection to the chair's connection and it operates easy and beautifully each time.

It was just what I ordered,no dislikes at all. I like that it came on time.

We just installed this remote. So far so good. It works really well so far. The cord could be a little longer but that’s the only complaint I have. We will see how long this holds up but for the price of the remote I more then got my moneys worth.

This switch works very good, however I find it to short for my chair and my chair is not very big.

Item only lasted for 16 months before the wiring in the cable broke down to where my chair wouldn’t work anymore !

The original remote control had a very long cord that got caught in the chair hinges and was cut . This remote control had a shorter cord which makes it easier to keep away from the chair hinges. Works great 👍

Just because it's five pins doesn't mean it will fit. The rubber around the pins was to wide. I suppose a person could trim it with a knife to fit. Because the cord is short ( 6 ft not enough, really need 8 ft) I opt to cut 2 ft from the pin end of my old cord and soldered it to the new cord after cutting the to wide pin off. Works like a dream and no more yanking on the cord, which is probably why the cords pop out of the hand unit.

This is better than the original one. I like the cord cause it fits well where it is not too long. As far as lasting. The jury is still out.
