No, I'm sorry but none of the Caddis shoes in women's sizes are felt soled. This shoe has the EcoSmart II sole that is being used as a felt sole alternative due to several states banning the use of felt sole shoes.

Q: How thick are the soles?

about an inch - NO CLEETS or points - strictly red - slick on rocks!

Q: I wear a 94E shoe. Are these going to be wide enough to accommodate stocking foot waders?

Yes they will accomodate the stockinf foot waders that is what I wear with them and they are very comfortable .

Q: Are these water proof?

No, they are designed to be working with stocking foot waders. You could wear without waders, but they generally fit large for the size to accommodate the stocking. They are not waterproof.
