Works great like our framer said it would!
We needed this for a construction project. It came recommended by our framer. We do not have Prime so we waited over a week.We ordered it from JPAD-Amazon Marketplace. It arrived in an original box that had a gash taped over. There was a small plastic piece in the bottom of the box. It was the center clip for holding the tool caddy on the vacuum. I emailed JPAD-they got back to me immediately-however they did not have a replacement. We did not want to send it back to Amazon. We needed to use it. I called Dustless, immediately got to talk to a real person-Jeremy, asked for a replacement barrel or a type of glue that would work. After a day, he called back. They are shipping me a new barrel!! Wonderful product! Wonderful customer service from Dustless!This vacuum is not too loud, suction is excellent, cleaned up a newly framed house full of sawdust, checked the bag and there is still lots of room!

Good product and company service.
Great vacuum with lots of power that doesn't decline as I use it. I own a historic 1800's home by the highway and use this to clean and guard against the highly dangerous microparticals from brakes and tires, and lord knows whatever else has been used in this place over the years. My one complaint is that removable wheels come off too easily for my preference. A week after purchasing the unit rolled off of a small ledge while loaded with a heavy weight and snapped the corner of the housing unit that the wheel attachments slide into. As a result the wheel would keep falling off. I called the company HQ and it took just a few minutes to have a replacement canister sent out to me for FREE. They were kind about it and gave me no flack. I respect good quality products and service, thank you!
