Wet n Wild Twin Eyeliner Pencils C705 Black

these are a little dry and hard for me. I will use them, by rubbing to softent them, but that is a waste. I will use the entire product but will not purchase again. I still use a lot of Wet n Wild products, it's a good brand

I love this eyeliner! It's dark black, just like I like. You may need to apply it more than once during the day though because it can fade or wipe off.

I got eyebrow pencils...NOT eyeliner... they are too small for their price. False advertisement. The ad should be changed. Thanks
