Did not feel it helped

After using this product for about a week, I started having heart palpitations that lasted for about 2 weeks. I will probably never know whether or not this product actually caused the heart palpitations. However, I have discontinued taking it as a precaution. I originally began taking this product in an effort to lose a few pounds, but I did not experience any weight loss.
