Very good mic arm!
I have a blue yeti attached and this mic has held in place for quite some time (several months) without faltering. The yeti is a heavy mic so this arm has been amazing. It is easily adjustable, the stand that attaches to the desk is very sturdy and very well made. Very heavy duty.Looks and functionality are fantastic. It looks nice, gives the appearance of being very high end, and makes for a very professional look.As for the finctionality, it is easily adjustable, stays in place without sag or droop. My previous mic arm would constantly start off in a high position and within about 5 minutes be at the desktop level so I had to constantly readjust it. This one stays on place at the position I want. There is a track at the top for cords (a cord chanel) which hides the cords and makes for a very clean look. It has three adjustment points that can be tightened which helps maintain the position of the mic.Overall very good mic arm, well made, and certainly a good value.

Obsessed
Finally bit the bullet and got a more expensive arm. Iโm not at all disappointed! It moves so smooth, and it much more sturdy at the base than my last arm.

Great for Light-Weight Microphones
The mic boom is a great boom for anyone who has a lightweight microphone, around 2 lbs. I have a mic that's around 3-4 lbs and when trying to extend the boom it would drop. I know I know, I should have read the fine print in their description. While this didn't work for me this is still an excellent product that I would recommend to people who have lighter-weight microphones. It folds nicely and can swivel 360 degrees if that's what you are looking for.

Sturdy, meh range of motion
Agree with another reviewer regarding the range of motion compared to a "cheap," scissor-arm boom. The tubular arm of this one means they can't fold flat. The bottom, base arm also can't angle back very far. Maybe only 30 degrees. It doesn't seem like much, but on my smaller desk it's pretty limiting where I can mount it and fiddly when I want to tuck it away. And hard to impossible to get the mic low down when I'm using it.Tensioning the joints is a little hard to dial in but ok I guess. The base swiveling is very smooth and offers no tension (which I like). The good: It does feel nice and sturdy. Looks clean with the tubular style. Easy to use snap clips to keep the cable tidy. Includes hardware for either clamping to the desk edge or cleanly through a screw hole drilled through the desk.Overall the slightly restricted range of motion has me pondering if I'm keeping it, though it is a nice, sturdy, and attractive boom.Edit to add: I found flipping the mic upside down and using this more like an overhead or side boom is better for positioning.

Strong and quality built with a limited range of motion
Like others have mentioned, it has a limited range of motion. To be specific, the issue lies with the first part of the arm which extends immediately after the mount which attaches to the desk. This part can only adjust about 30 degrees either direction past center while the second part of the arm can fold nearly 180 degrees. This means that you absolutely must have clearance of at least 2.5ft directly above where you attach it to the desk because regardless of how you tilt it, the first part of the arm will always be aiming mostly straight up with perhaps a slight tilt (or straight down if you mount it upside down or straight to the side if you mount it sideways). I'll be honest, when I first went to set it up, I thought that I'd have to return it due to how limited the angle of adjustment was, however I quickly realized (probably like most people here) that I just needed to mount it differently than I had envisioned in my head.I'm 100% happy with it now that it's setup and it's very easy to lock into place where my heavy mic doesn't move at all and it feels sturdy enough to be around for a really long time. The way I have it installed, my mic is super close to my mouth but is barely visible on camera while holding the heavy microphone out at an awkward angle and yet it doesn't struggle at all with no visible slipping. This was exactly what I was hoping for.
