Worst Product and Seller EVER
Terrible product, and horrible seller! They send faulty/defective products. On approaching their authorised dealership which was shared by Amazon, they refused service. Disappointed with Amazon and the seller. No benefit in buying this and wasting time. The most important component of the product - DVR, this seller is sending faulty ones to make customers make repeated payments. Even after multiple attempts via Amazon or directly to the seller - there is no response from seller. From now, I shall ensure to advise every human to not buy ANY hikvision products and consider CP Plus, better company with better service!

I strongly advise against purchasing this product. While it appears to offer a complete package, be aware that it's made in China by Hikvision, a company banned in the US. My biggest issue arose from the fact that the components are sourced from various individual manufacturers. This means if something goes wrong, you have to deal with each manufacturer separately, making warranty claims a nightmare. For example, the hard drive included with my system arrived dead, and I was completely unable to claim the warranty. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a more reputable brand. Do your research before you buy

Na any sport by company.Amazon se warranty lena bahut muskil hai .And ek hi mobile me online ho pa raha hai. Dusare k liye code chahiye aur company k taraf se koi sport nahi hai ..

Very good. Power supply burned after 1.5 month's and Sended Laptop HDD how can we screwed up in DVR box.
