DuRyte Pro Dual Arm Retractable Air Hose Reel with 3/8-Inch by 50-Feet Rubber Air Hose, Max. 350 PSI

After much looking and reading about air reels I was cautiously optimistic that I had chosen a good product, Duryte. Today my reel arrived double boxed ( a good thing ) on time and dent free, as I pulled my NEW reel out I heard something fall, drop in the shipping box. In the box I fund a loose roller and a roller pin from the duel arm hose guide this I was able to reinstall in its proper place and bolt down naturally while doing this repair to my new reel... I started looking at things and noticed the metal was very pitted like raw metal gets when left in the weather as if it was old rusty metal cleaned painted and formed into the reel components, only smooth new piece was the spring cover . I thought I was buying a new reel....at this time I'm unsure if I should use it as is or return the reel

Works great! I love this thing, however I would advise taking a size 17mm wrench and taking of the air hose from where the hose goes into the real, then take a small flat a screwdriver and take out the rubber grommet that is behind the hose threads because you will not get a lot of airflow otherwise.

It looks nice but the rewind is weak, even after I adjusted the spring like others said they needed to do. The worst part is the air is very very restricted flowing through the reel. The one it replaced worked great but this one is so restrictive that I can't run a die grinder or paint sprayer off the reel. Very dissatisfied because I spent more on this one hoping to get a better one

The Retract Spring could be stronger so that the hose will rewind all the way! other than that good hose reel!

Well built piece of equipment, a great addition to my garage!!!! The hose is also of good quality don't hesitate to purchase!!

So far, so good. Seems pretty good for the price.

Don’t waist your money on this product, it is junk. It never would wind up the hose all the way and now the spring broke. I bought it last May and have used it aboutb20 times.

Good quality. Works really well. Heavy duty.
