I love that this is Matter enabled and works with my current home setup. The lighting is to control from within the app or Google home app, have yet to noticed any flickering and is a dim or as bright as I wanted to be. Plus it's way cheaper then complete and the quality is just as nice.

I have Wiz all over my house, love the features and the variety. Easy to install and use, they make a dull space brilliant

The media could not be loaded. Price point was acceptable and I'm happy with the result. I would have given 5 stary if the app had more dynamic options. I used to be a LIFX guy was those are spendy and I was looking for an alternative. These are great but I wish the app had "spooky" mode like LIX does. This put our old house over-the-top at Halloween.Anyway I'm happy with what they have so far and maybe a firmware and app update in the future will make these 5 star.LED lighting is saving you money as you get lots of lumens for the wattage. That's a win in my book.

This could not have been simpler! I have smart outlets that require me to go into my router and change the setting from 5 GHz to 2.4 And I always hate doing that because it takes forever. This could not have been a simpler process! It was truly plug and play and seamless integration. You do have to download the WIZ app but that's no big deal. And then you can connect it to your Google home app. Lots of pre-programmed colors such as fireplace, candle light and circadian rhythm. I think like most everybody I'm going to leave them set on daylight for regular light bulbs but I like having them voice activated when I walk in the room with stuff in my hands. Or if I'm falling asleep and want to just tell the lights to turn off as opposed to manually turning them off at the switch. Hopefully they don't unpair themselves from the Bluetooth / Wi-Fi like some of my other devices seem to do but so far so good! Seems like some of the pre-programmed color patterns would look good with a different lampshade. All of my lampshades are white. I can't say that the colors are 100% accurate but they're pretty damn good.

I got the smart lights so I could use them with Alexa. I was originally planning to return the lights as Alexa stopped working with the lights but then I realized, that if I turn off the light at the switch, the connection with Alexa would reset and I would be able to use it again.What I have noticed since discovering the above is that the lights seem to disconnect from Alexa quite frequently. I am not sure if my WiFi is spotty. I would think that if it is a WiFi problem, I would also be unable to control the lights via the WiZ app.I bought the two pack and almost always one (often times both) would not respond when I ask Alexa to close/open the lights. Sometimes I would test them by asking Alexa to close the lights (successful) and then ask Alexa to turn them on (fail, either one or none would turn on).After realizing that I could reset the Alexa connection by turning the lights off/on at the switch. I ended up throwing out the boxes. I can no longer return them and wished I had tested the lights longer before getting rid of the boxes.I like how bright these are that there are color options. If the Alexa connection was more consistent I would love this product.For the lighting options (white vs yellow vs color), if you prefer any of the options between the set options (ex. I prefer ~3500K White light), I have not figured out how to ask Alexa to change it to this custom setting (without changing default). Changing the lights, using Alexa, to any of the preset options is easy when the light are connected to Alexa.

Great lights ! Easy to use, many different lighting options.

First I bought two Phillips Hue bulbs. I wanted to start with the big name brand. I screwed them in, downloaded app, did the setup, and had them working in about 2 or 3 minutes. But they are so expensive, so I decided to try these. Well, I've spent the last hour trying to get them to connect to the app, and they just will not. I have done every done every conceivable troubleshooting step: turned everything on/off many many many times, uninstalled and reinstalled app, tried different spots in the house, looked in my router settings for UDP broadcast and saw absolutely nothing relating to "UDP".This should NOT be this difficult. I don't understand all the great reviews. I don't have a strange setup. I'm using Windows 10 using a nice new router from Spectrum and I have an iPhone XR. There is no reason this shouldn't be a piece of cake. I AM a tech savvy person. I am not a grandmother from the depression era. I can get things working IF they can be made to work. Not here. It's very disappointing. How is it that Phillips can manage to make the setup process and daily functionality ROCK solid and completely frustration free? Meanwhile, I just flat out cannot get these "Wiz" bulbs to function after an hour of work. Oh also, the cherry on top, is that when trying to get these bulbs working, they like to FLASH on and off so as to raise your blood pressure even more, because there is nothing better than to have a light flashing on and off and on and off while you are extremely frustrated and trying to concentrate.So, everything about these bulbs, at least in my experience, SUCKS. The setup process sucks, the flashing sucks. I'm glad so many people are having good luck, but the lesson learned here is you get what you pay for. In this case, you are paying for a MUCH smoother, slicker app and software. The bulb, as just a regular white light bulb, is great though! So if you want just a regular bulb, well then I guess this is fine. But if that's all i was going to use if for, I would have just gotten a regular cheap bulb.Bottom line: I COULD NOT SET THESE BULBS UP WITH THE APP NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRIED. Phillips Hue bulbs on the other hand were a breeze to setup and to use.

These bulbs can activate both white and color at the same time. No other smart bulb I have (including Hue) can do that.Five stars for that alone. Otherwise it’s a good smart bulb.
