This sun shade is great! It's great to bring to the beach, small and easy to manage. It's a little tricky to fold back up but got easier each time I did it. Here's the thing now, my kiddo has some swim stuff where parents aren't allowed and she has to manage everything herself carry it in and out of the pool deck, etc. It worked perfectly! She could not fold it back up herself. When I did fold it back up the last time one of the plastic connector pieces broke. I contacted the company - Alvantor - and I was so surprised! They returned my email, I told them what happened and they are providing me a replacement. I am so happy with this company for standing behind their product. It's Amazon so you never know what you are going to get, and I got a kind and respectful and communicative interaction with customer service and resolved my problem. I'll update when I receive the new and improved product. Supposedly, it's easier to fold.

We've tried many beach tents in the past, as I've already had melanoma at a young age. This tent is a great little pop up tent. It's super easy and 1uick to set up and although getting it back down takes a little practice, it's still easy enough. It's super light weight and folds back into a small carrying bag. We take this out on the boat with us island hopping and so it stores nicely and does not take up much room and also holds it own against the wind. I've had beach tents rip in the wind prior. I did fill the bags with sand for when we went for a walk but it was still intact when we came back. This is all around a great little tent for the price and I would gladly purchase it again.

This is a good beach tent. Set-up is easy as described, just hold it away from you otherwise it might snap open right into your face... trust me! Good ventilation, feels sturdy, and roomy. One star off because it took a while to figure out how to fold it back together, even after staring at the directions. Feels like you're going to snap it in two when twisting it back, but somehow it works. I've seen much more complicated beach canopies with poles, etc. This one is much simpler and light.

This beach tent was great for our recent trip. My husband tells me this picture isn’t flattering to the tent, but I assure you, if you looks closely, it is. This tent withstood winds that drove everyone with umbrellas off the beach. Our tent was secure even though it is leaning with the wind. Between the stakes and the sandbags, the bottom of the tent didn’t move an inch. In fact. while I was in the tent, a beach umbrella in front of me caught the wind and flew right at me. The umbrella lodged in the opening of the tent, but didn’t touch me. Most days the tent was not leaning- it was standing nice and straight. The tent was easy to put up and take down everyday. I could do it my myself, but like most things, it’s easier with another set of hands. It’s really easy to put over your shoulder and carry when you are lugging all your beach gear. We bought this tent because it fit in our large suitcase. It did provide privacy on the beach which was really nice for this introvert. Both of our beach chairs fit comfortably inside and the breeze was able to come through the back vent. So glad we bought this well designed, sturdy tent!

Okay, so this was a fantastic purchase!Let me start off by saying I went back and forth forever wondering if I should drop $100 on a "better" tent. I'm so glad I didn't.We went to the beach with our doggo, which is why we bought the tent. It kept her nice, cool, and shaded for 7+ hours. Very lightweight and compact, so it was easy to carry and store in the car. It stayed firmly in place in the ocean breeze.I had to watch the video a few times to learn how to fold it, and then it was super easy to take down after that.I would highly recommend this to anyone for beach trips or camping with dogs and/or kids.

I just came back from a week long Beach vacation. Friend took a traditional pop up that came in a roll up style sack. I definitely had the better pop up! Mine was lighter, set up way faster and packed up quicker! This can be set up and put away by one person with little trouble, but is really easy to put away with two people. It's a little more awkward to carry than the small sack kind BUT trust me when I say it took me less than 2 minutes to put this up and I was relaxing in the shade while my friends struggled to cover theirs. One suggestion although it did fit in my large suitcase I would measure it. My suitcase is large and the cloth kind and I had to squeeze it in and if I had a hardshell case that won't give a little it might not have fit. But I totally recommend this and would buy it again. It fit two adults comfortably with legs out. My 9 y/o was able to lay across inside. The mesh window across the bottom let a nice breeze thru too!

I bought this tent for my sundays at the beach. The plastic part that is hollow so other plastic end can fit in broke after 7 or 8 uses. I have called company and emailed but no reply. They were quick to sell it but non-responsive with their supposed warranty. If they ever back their product as they claim they do-I will update this to 4 stars. It's lighweight and easy to set up-not easy to repack though.Update: The company got back to me and apologized for the trouble. They are out of stock so I am getting a refund. changed from 1 star to 3 as it shouldn't have broken so fast but at lleast company is backing their warranty.

I have had similar products by other brands in the past, but none were actually as worth the spend as this tent. It's roomy, sturdy, and setup and dismantling are extremely easy

Ho comprato questo prodotto per mia nipote (4 anni). Lei ne è stata felicissima, purtroppo è un po’ ingombrante e non lo può usare troppo spesso.

Excellent product just what I wanted, a quick and easy to erect beach sun tent that’s big enough for adults to sit in as well as the children. It quite literally ‘pops’ up in a second but folds back down into an easy to carry lightweight disc in it’s own carry bag. Quick efficient delivery at a good value price... what’s not to like. Can’t comment on it’s longevity but it seems well made so I’ve no reason to think it won’t last

The tent pole snapped near the connector the first time I was folding it up. I returned it and now get to have the extra hassle of calling customer service in trying to track down the extra $20 in shipping (I paid $40 and Amazon only covers $20) I had to pay to return it.
