This works very well My microwave is really too small to completely flatten the pack to heat it; but turning it and folding it eventually heats it through. It holds the heat for about 20 minutes. I needed this so I could do my physical therapy on days I wasn't at the clinic. It's comfortable and covers the area that needs covering: left hip and lower back. I will send an update in a few months to report on its durability.

This is one of the best things I have ever bought. I get migraines and this ice pack is a life saver for me. I keep it in the freezer and pull it out when a migraine strikes. I love that it is still flexible after being in the freezer a long time. It holds the cold longer than others I've bought. I lay this all around my head and it gives the best relief. I've bought at least 20 different ice packs and this one is my favorite. It's well made thick plastic with a good amount of product inside. It's not thin or flimsy like some others I've bought.

I don’t think this is clay. I asked for clarification before buying because gel and clay are both used in the description. Maybe there is a tiny bit of clay in it, but not enough in my opinion. I also bought it for my mother because I thought it wa clay. I wish I had waited to buy it for it until I got mine cause it is too much aggravation to ask my 84 year-old mom to return it, however, I will be returning the one shipped to me.

PERFECT...i just had knee surgery and bought this for rehab. I love it. Molds perfectly, freezes quickly and stays cold for a long time. I didnt time it bc i can only use it for 10 min or so. I bought another kind prior to this. The other is fine, but very cheaply made compared to this product. I wish i would have bought the whole package..all 3, but for now this one makes me very happy...and most of all..my knee is happy 😁

An excellent and affordable option for a quality ice pack. The density and weight of this pack intensifies the effect of icing large areas. Packed securely, shipped efficiently; I am a very happy customer.

I have purchased 19 of these because they are perfect. They stay frozen for a long long time and they are soft, not hard and non pliable. Awesome!

I love that it's moldable and so you can form it to any space on your body. It's great for icing sore areas. I haven't used it warm so I don't know how it works as a hot pack.

Better than buying ice at the grocery store, but only stays cold for 15-20 minutes and is too rigid to lay on with it under your back comfortably.
