Imachinist S561214 M42 56-1/2-inch by 1/2-inch by 14tpi Bi-Metal Bandsaw Blades for Metal Cutting

So far it has out-lasted to stock blade. I've put ~20 cuts on one blade and it's still sharp. The stock blade had a sloppy joint weld. I could hear it every revolution. Can't hear the weld on this blade. Can't find it visually either. Good job, Imachinist!Got my money's worth for sure.UPDATE: This blade finally broke after like, a ZILLION cuts. Ok, maybe not a zillion, but it took forever to break this blade. I lost count a long time ago. And it never did get dull. I mostly cut 1"x2" steel tubing. Every now and then I cut small aluminium angle. I even cut through some hardened stainless steel railing a few times. Excellent blade!

Time will tell the quality of construction and materials. The bandsaw blade looks great, installed easily. Weld looks good and was no stiffer on the tires inside the saw. If the blade is a 'dud' I will update this review. If you don't see anything before summer you can assume that it was a good durable performer. Other reviews have me looking for a good result.

It fits my Wen saw perfect. Cuts good and so far it’s holding up. Only downfall is it makes a lot more noise that the original.

I used the blade as soon as it arrived, to cut bed frame angle iron. I find this material to be harder than mild steel in most cases. The blade provided excellent performance and after many cuts showed no visible sign of wear. I did always cut a stack of pieces each time, so that there was sufficient amount of support for the teeth in the work.

Blade was just ok, cutting copper from transformers. Seems blade should have stay sharper a little longer. I will be buying more. Just thought it would be a little better.

The media could not be loaded.  Cuts stainless pipe no problem just watch your speeds cut alittle slower with stainless

This is a very nice metal cutting blade for a 3 wheel band saw. Very high quality, thick spring steel with good teeth. Cost a bit more than the budget ones but the quality is definitely worth it. Would be nice if there were more instructions for proper tension adjustment but I’m sure the machine also has that.

Really happy with the quality of the blade and surprised at how well it was protected. I have bought other blades of amazon that were shipped in just a plastic bag so there were kinks in the blade from shipping. This company packages them in a nice round blister pack, so the blade comes out nice and smooth. They also include a tooth-guard. Overall, really impressed, will buy these again.

After a hand full of cuts the band broke at the seam. I reached out to the supplier but they have not responded after more then a week.
