These stirrups are kust right. Good size, good traction, good safety opening with strong rubber band not likely to break. Great purchase.

These are a nice, well balanced set of safety stirrups that will not break the bank, good value. They are durable and have some weight but not overly heavy. The safety bands are strong as well as the breakaway tabs but do believe if you are hung up they will break as intended. I have been in the equine industry all my life so I do have knowledge and experience of equestrian equipment. The foot rest is okay a little thin but treads are grippy and overall the stirrups are comfortable and will give you stability in the saddle. Like the black color to match my dressage saddle and leathers. These are a must have for youth riders imo I use them as well schooling and training youngsters been caught up in a stirrup and not a very pleasant experience! Side note they came in a chicken takeout box does not change my opinion on the item just found it comical to share. They are not top of the line but for the price yes, riding horses is expensive!

These are solid and well build. The clasp fits securely and the grip material at the base of the foot rest hold your feet in place very well. These are heavy and seem like they will last a long time. I was honestly surprised with the quality for the price. Definitely would recommend

I have been setting up riding gear for my grandchildren when they come to visit, and wanted to add a set of safety stirrups. Better safe than sorry. I like the black matte color and the heaviness of these - they are very durable. They have a rubber insert with tread where your foot rests to provide added traction. They seem to be very well made and practical - the 4 inch is just the right size for little feet to feel secure.

I wish I’d gotten the larger set, but these still work really well for my daughter. I just have to suck it up and use the old ones for me!

I had a pair or irons like this before and they wore out after years of use. I fode these I loved the matte black finish and the think heavy band on the side. I love these stirrups and they have been amazing so far riding with them.

Heavy, but heavy duty. Works as expected for safety stirrups. Should last a long time.
