I absolutely love this face oil and have been recommending it.Why?I have hypersensitive skin; sometimes even vitamin E in a carrier oil "burns" and inflames my skin! This BePlain Cicaful Ampoule 2 has *not* inflamed my skin, and has, in fact, decreased the inflammation! I wasn't expecting to love this product so much.There's no major scent, which is fantastic for me, and others who have very sensitive skin.Over 40? This stuff feels so good! It does what it claims. My skin looks and feels better than ever.Have thyroid problems making dry skin an issue? This helps!Have "combination skin?" This product delivers what each part of the facial skin needs, without over- or under-moisterizing.Hormonal disruption giving you "beard?" This face oil softens the hair, too! And if you can *feel* the hair growth like I can, this decreases that sensation, also. What a relief!No more breakouts. Complexion is more even. Facial skin inflammation has significantly decreased. Excessive facial hair much softer & "finer."Is it miracle in a bottle? Probably not, but close enough for me!YES, I recommend this Cicaful Ampoule 2 face oil. I bought a larger bottle of it, in fact.Note: BePlain has several products. This review applies only to the Cicaful Ampoule 2, because I have not tried the other products, yet.

For reference, I have acne-prone, sensitive, combination skin (dehydrated and oily in certain areas). I used to suffer from fungal acne but I recovered from the bulk of it, and now my skin doesn’t react adversely to certain fungal acne-incompatible ingredients.Texture of the product: I’d say this is perhaps in the middle of the scale in terms of viscosity. Thin would mean like Iunik’s Tea Tree Serum, thick would be like Purito’s HA 90 Serum. When applied onto your skin, it feels incredibly lightweight and sinks in really quickly. My skin drinks this up. For those of you who have sensitive skin, this did not irritate my skin AT ALL, and feels really nice when you apply. You know how when you have a bad skin day, so many products can irritate it more? This doesn’t.What’s good: This is soo gentle. I found that this helped to reduce any redness I had. When I first started using this product, I had some angry inflamed pimples on my face (the ones that feel sore to the touch) and this definitely calmed them down. The redness and the size of the pimples were reduced, and they weren’t as sore. Be Plain has the words “relief” and “repairing” on the bottle itself, and I agree that this did bring relief to my skin. This also feels really cooling on the skin. Also, I live in Asia where kbeauty products are super accessible, so this 50ml bottle barely cost me USD 20.What’s not so good: While it is great at relieving inflamed, red skin, it wasn’t as hydrating as I wanted it to be. My skin still felt like it could do with more hydration. I suggest mixing in some hyaluronic serum with it, or layering it with more hydrating products to give it an extra boost.Would I repurchase? Yes!Overall, I suggest giving this product a go!

I'm more of dry skin. I've enjoyed the first version of Cicaful ampoule -- it was my go-to prior to putting makeup on my face. the first version was well moisturizing without overdoing/oily. This one, however, doesn't feel the same. Supposedly it should be more hydrating, but to my dry skin, it lacks the hydration. Maybe works better for acne/oily skin.

This product restored my moisture barrier and the damage from an allergic reaction to a particular facial product. My face was burned and very damaged but this product healed and soothed my face, like magic. Results seen in 2 days!

I've used quite a few of Be Plain's products including the original Cicaful Ampoule. This new version seems slightly more runny but it feels just as hydrating and soothing. I love that all of Be Plain's products are fragrance free. Great for sensitive skin. Hope you bring the Clean Ocean Moisture Sunscreen to Amazon as well! :)
