The good: great Shimano gears, and easy-to-use shifters, the disc brakes work well and look terrific , awesome mag wheels, and the suspension is good. It's really an awesome looking bike and I get compliments all the time.The bad : This bike is very heavy, I mean heavy. But rides fine.., it folds in half, neat, but it doesn't have a latch so it is difficult move while folded . The seat is terrible, I had to purchase a better one. Over all I am very happy with my purchase, love ridding it, and it's a really cool looking bike...

Right out the box replaced gear shifters and seat. Now my 10 yo son loves it. City or trails, works equally well.

Bought two bike for my partner and I. Both arrived within reason but of course there are paint chips and scratches even with all the packaging. (No problem though, bikes get blemishes)Most of the decal stickers are cheap and fall right off. All but one sticker on the front stayed on. Ended up taking them all off since they were all peeling. The seats are hard so we got new seats. The brakes were a mess so prepare to spend quality time tuning them to work properly without rubbing. The tires are pretty bad too. My black bike came with a hole/tear in the tube near the spout. Thankfully new tubes are cheap and was an easy fix. Our other bike, the orange one; the back tire blew out as soon as we took it on its first ride. I had 35 psi in the tire, (min is 30 psi) and it still blew. Tube and tire ripped apart. I’m so disappointed in these bikes. If I still had the packaging I would most certainly return them. I’m trying to sell them now so I can buy actual decent bikes instead. Save yourself the headache and go with something else.

Tough, comfortable bike that is easy to fold and travel with. I couldn't ask for more at such an affordable price.

Came out of box bent detailer. Wheels very low end. I guess you get what you pay for.

I purchased two bikes to take to Europe and I did not want to get a bike rack for my convertible. It folds and I can check it onto the flight as a regular check-in bag. The bikes arrived earlier than expected and the packaging and shipping boxes were quite good. So good that I will reuse it for the flight back to Germany.You cannot beat the price for what you get. The average bike cost I looked at were 375 and above non-electric. You have to take into consideration that you are not buying a $1000 plus Mountain Bike that has all of the fancy and expensive things on it.I had minor problems with both bikes but the Vendor was quick to respond and resolve the issues quickly.I have no hesitation to buy another bike from this vendor when another need arises!!

Bicycle came with some assembly needing done which was sweet. After going over all the parts, assembly was pretty easy.. All seats are uncomfortable to me but all in all a great buy for me.

Everything was fine until i putting my breaks on and the break disk was bent from poor delivery.
