Best Pots & Pans I've Owned
I have a large set of these pots and pans. It cost me a lot of money, but they are well made and heavy duty. But, as far as using metal utensils, I would avoid it if you can. I put a scratch in one of mine with a metal fork. It hasn't affected the performance, but I hate it every time I use that pot. I am using silicone utensils exclusively now and have no worries.Lower heat is the key to your food not sticking although I use a little oil or butter when I cook anyway.

Great Addition to My HexClad Collection – Reliable Nonstick Performance
I already own the large HexClad frying pan and wok, and I love their durability and performance. I recently retired my Pampered Chef saucepan because its nonstick coating started chipping and flaking, which was disappointing. After switching to this HexClad 2-quart saucepan, I’m confident I won’t have the same issue. The build quality is excellent, and the hybrid nonstick surface feels much more durable. So far, it’s been a great addition to my kitchen.

Cooks precisely, durable, and easy to clean. Definitely worth the money.
After numerous Hexclad orders for myself, family, and friends, I am NEVER disappointed. The cookware is incredible, cleans up wonderfully and is resilient. Everything I ever hoped for from cookware. Or, conversely, you can waste your money on all of the other brands like I did over the past 40 years!

Crazy Non-Stick
Don't much care for the high price but quality costs as they say. As non-stick as any pan I've ever used. Safe for use with metal utensils. Cleans up with a coconut sponge. My only complaint is it's only 3 quarts.

-The BEST pots/pans we’ve ever owned-
At this point it’s safe to say we could have fully committed to a full set to begin with, but we had preferred to ‘test’ the brand first. The recent 2 pans were the 3rd or 4th purchase in 6 mths. It’s been the best cookware we’ve owned in 40 yrs.-not lightweight, but not too heavy-cleans very easily; the bottoms of the pots/pans are showing no signs of discoloration-durable; does not seem to scratch-food cooks to perfection

Great nonstick saucepan!
Great nonstick saucepan! I had to replace my old 2-qt. saucepan because everything stuck to it, and found Hexclad by accident in a review on another website. The pan was easy to season ( do NOT skip seasoning) and heats quickly, even with the suggestion that we don’t go any hotter than medium. (I tend to use high heat as my default.). The pan is truly nonstick and super easy to clean, although I always wash pots by hand, never in the dishwasher. ( I don’t care what the manufacturer claims: using the dishwasher cuts pan life in half, at a minimum.

I love my Hex-Clad
I bought this to cook rice, oatmeal and grits. When cooking these items, they always stick to the pot! I just used it to cook rice, no sticking, washed right out! I was so happy! This is a heavy, beautiful pot. I would highly recommend buying it!

Hexclad - Best Ever!
I know these are pricey but you will not regret purchasing them. You must season them first. They are not totally non stick but...they cook evenly meaning the heat distribution is perfect. The pan holds the heat for a fair amount of time after taking it off the burner. There is a small learning curve for other pieces but this one is pretty straight forward. The clean-up is a breeze. The one thing I learned is that you keep them on a low burner not more than 4 or 5. I did decide to buy a silicone kitchen utensil set because I want to keep the pan in great shape forever.
