Interesting combination of books. Seems like 2 levels of reading so provides essentially 2 gifts. I haven't given them to my 8 year old granddaughter yet so don't know how they will be received.

My 9-year-old daughter loved these books. She read all of them within a week.

My dad got me this for my birthday and I loved it so much that I already read half of the books. This is a perfect gift for any girl that loves horses and books.

Purchased for a 9-year old for Christmas. The box came with what looked to be a grease stain on top, but thankfully the books inside were fine so we just didn't use the box.Good value for the set, but if you intend to use them boxed as pictured, I would suggest a little extra time in case the gift box arrives as ours did.

I purchased them for my granddaughter for Christmas. Although, she hasn't told me about any of them yet.....she was very excited when she opened them!!

Excellent product, just like it says it is,so I'm pleased. Would buy again. Nice for the money, and it arrived quickly. After so many disappointing cheap-appearing products this year (think lightening deals), finally something I'm happy with.
