Update: the seller backed their product and have refunded me for the defective case. I have a 2nd case from them and is still going great. They're releasing a new version soon with better battery and hopefully making it easier to open one-handed, if so I will definitely get the new model.Great when it worked. Product failed to turn on or charger after 4 months of use. Case is not spring loaded open so you need 2 hands to open it. It's inconvenient because I'm usually holding my retainer in my other hand which I don't want to set down on a dirty sink counter.

Liked it for a few months until it stopped working. I had no issues charging it, but even after wiping the metal parts with alcoholic wipes here and there, the retainer stopped sanitizing stuff stopped working. Can't return the retainer since my return window was in August. Doesn't last long enough and not worth the $ :(

The UV light stopped working after just 5 uses. I am able to charge it using a 5V, 2A charger but the lights are just defective.I now have an extra bulky retainer case.Update: I was contacted by Veamor customer service and have sent me a replacement unit for the defective one. I believe the one that I originally got was just a faulty hardware. Thank you Veamor for the great service!

Have had this since Jan 2022 and it is May 2023 so a year and a half and overall I love it. It is still working great and I use it every day. I have had issues with it working after charging and it not working but I found if the magnetic parts are not touching completely, it won’t work. I wipe both the magnetic parts a few times and then it works. The only thing I don’t like is the case gets mold in it. I would think a case with UV rays wouldn’t get mold but it does. I turn it on every morning so it gets used every day. The mold finds places in small cracks and on the rubber part the retainer goes. I have cleaned it a lot to remove the mold but it still comes back. Overall I love the case but the mold is concerning.

I bought this for my son who has invisalign. Anyone who has ever worn dentures or a retainer knows how gross they can get. You can scrub and scrub, but sometimes they hold onto odors anyway. Invisalign is even more difficult to clean because of the little nooks and crannies. This isn't a replacement for actually washing the device, but the UV light kills germs and bacteria that you can't see. It also doubles as a case. Simply turn it on and it does its magic so you know that it is clean and ready to go when you wake up in the morning.

I got this product back in April of this year and I was really happy with it! It seemed like it was helping to keep my retainers clean, so I was happy. About a month ago, give or take, it just stopped working for some reason. Thinking that it just needed to charge, I hooked it up overnight and unplugged it in the morning when it shined the green light showing it was done. To my surprise, still no luck. I tried charging it again just last night and got the same result. Ultimately, I'm still going to use it since it makes for a good case -- I'm just a little disappointed that the main selling point has stopped working completely.

I purchased this product in July 2022 and thought it was pretty effective and easy to use. In November 2022 it completely quit working. I have no idea why. It is charged, clean and still looks fine. I am passed the return window but after contacting the company they are replacing it so we will see how it goes…UPDATE: the company contact me after my review posted an quickly replaced the case. The new one has worked well since. I respect a company that stands behind their product!
