At first shortly after taking just one of these capsules, I had a few stomach cramps as my body was adjusting to it, but shortly after that, I could tell I was taking grade A spirulina of a much better grade than all the rest. As I take more, I am sure I will be pleased with the benefits and will continue purchasing this brand.

Good product

This is an excellent product and I have been very pleased with it! It is a part of my daily intake of supplements and vitamins and it really makes a big difference. If I even miss it two days in a row I can tell, my body feels different and I am lacking energy. It's amazing how this SuperFood can make such a difference when the pill is so small! There is no aftertaste and it's easy to swallow. Such a great product, I definitely would recommend it if you need a pick-me-up!

It says the spirulina is from earthrise which is a good thing cause they grow theirs in southern california in the desert so you know it's not coming from china or other s**8 countries.

High mg per tablet at 500mg, plus it packs 180 capsules in the bottle. Definitely a good value and the spirulina is as good as any other out there.
