I was testing for food allergies, so I had to stop eating dairy for a few months. Ghee was the only dairy I was allowed to eat, but the ghee at my local stores were very expensive. I started ordering this on my subscribe and save, which made it more affordable for me, and I absolutely love the flavor. I find I need to use less of this than I would with butter, which makes it feel like a good quality product. I loved using it in baked goods, for cooking and to spread in my toast.

I have used many brands of ghee. This one is hands down the best. Taste like caramel. Taste clean. This is the only ghee for me from now on. I would be very sad if I could no longer get this gold.

I love ghee, and this is a delicious choice. I’ve only just bought more after a hiatus of years, so I’m still getting into the habit of using it and remembering how. Obviously, it’s perfect for Indian food, especially naan. I’ve used it for cooking just as I would use butter and have mixed it with olive oil mostly to see how it did and to get my healthy oils in.One thing I realized with my last jar is that I should keep it in a dark place and may start putting it in the fridge on very hot days. My previous jar didn’t go bad but faded and became less appetizing.

Well, my jar did not come sealed. Maybe there was a problem with the lid or whatever. However, I will be keeping it as it looks to be made in California so it did not have a long trip. It did not leak, smells really good, and is a great golden color. I definitely would have preferred the lid to be on securely with that nice pop when you open it, but I’m sure it is just fine.Has a beautiful smell and color!!!!Did not come with this little wooden spoon, not sure it was supposed to, so maybe don’t expect that.Looks very high quality, it is cold here so it was solid. Definitely, if it was anything else, I would send it back over this half on lid situation, but again, I suspect that is not normal and may have happened from air pressure issues. I’m at 5,000ft elevation and things pop coming up here. I’m sure it is just fine.

This is my first time using Ghee and I did not know what to expect. I was so happy to taste it as it really does taste like butter but even better. I used it tonight to fry some fish in it and it was delicious. The texture of it is so nice and smooth. Since I am lactose intolerant I have been using plant butter but now this one will be what I am using instead as it taste fresh and just like butter but better for me.

Ghee is so much better then processed butter and cooking oils. Does good at high heats and is way healthier. Good fat content without all the harmful other ingredients. Smells good and is very fresh. Just put out on your counter and does not take refrigeration. Just keep out of direct sun light. Great value for the cost.
