easier to take than regular apple cider vinegar
I take these primarily for help in controlling my glucose levels, seems to help and it is much easier to travel with than liquid ACV

On the go
I have been taking Apple Cider Vinegar before meals to decrease my glucose spike. I found these ACV capsules and love them for when I’m on to go or out of town and downing the liquid ACV is not ideal. Because I use liquid ACV at home, I do not mind the taste (I really don’t notice a bad taste) with these capsules.
