I originally purchased my Phylian toothbrush last year and was so pleased with the quality, the various speeds and extra brushes that came with it. Dollar for dollar you can't beat the value of this brush! The speeds are exact and easy to use, the battery charge is great and it's so easy to charge, and quite fast! My original Phylian toothbrush started skipping speeds a little after 6 months- it happens sometimes, and I was surprised and delighted when inquiring with their company for some help, they not only were SUPER fast in responding but were so very helpful in sending me a replacement SUPER fast! I was stunned, absolutely grateful and THRILLED with the Phylian team, this company really does care about their consumers and made sure I was completely satisfied; I am! And you will be too! The replacement was the U17 series upgrade with 6 brushes, with the same fast charging time and 5 brushing modes!Nothing beats the ease and expertise of an electric toothbrush, and for the value and quality, the Phylian Sonic Electric Toothbrush is THE ONE you're looking for. I'm an obsessed guy for clean teeth, and the fact I can carry this in my gym bag and use it at home makes this my secret weapon I'm never without! THIS is the electric toothbrush you're looking for! This brush, and this company are the best!

I was SO happy with this product at first, but after 6 months, it died - completely died. I tried all the troubleshooting directions, cleaned it, made sure it was charged, changed out the head, etc., but it's totally dead after 6 months.Very disappointed, as the toothbrushes you can get at the local grocery store with AA batteries can last a year or more -- AND they work like brand new when you put in new batteries.UPDATE: I changed this from 1 star to 4. After my negative review, they reached out to me and offered to replace the toothbrush. I think this is excellent customer service.For transparency, the only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because I don't know how long this toothbrush will last. Will it last longer than the last one? Is the shelf life the same? I don't know.I do think the customer service is worthy of these 4 stars, so thank you! However, I cannot in good conscience endorse something with 5 stars when I don't have all the facts in regards to how long the replacement will last.At the end of the day, though, if you're on the fence, I'd go for it. The customer service surprised me. If they tried to keep me happy without me even having to ask, I can't imagine why they wouldn't do the same for you.Overall, I recommend.I take really good care of my devices, so either this is poor quality or I got a lemon. I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to put the warning out there.

While this is a good product, like most people I had problems with it within 8 months. The on/off button used to be so sensitive and just a tap would turn the product on. Now after several months it doesn't work as well. I have to press it 2 or 3 times to make it work. I contacted the company and a replacement is on the way. Great customer service.

The toothbrush was good at first. I was quite impressed with the clean it gave even though I was skeptical at first. In addition it has amazing battery life.The problem is that over time the motor that drives it gets slower and slower and so the "sonicness" of it disappears. It is like water and toothpaste is finding its way into the toothbrush gumming up the mechanism.Mine has got to the point that it won't even work unless I bang it against the sink to "knock it free". Even then it runs at like 20% of what it did when new. Changing for a new toothbrush and charging does to affect this.Prior to this I had a Braun electric toothbrush that lasted well over a decade. This one lasting 6 months is terrible in comparison.Perhaps I was unlucky. Phylian replaced it under their two year warranty. And the new one works like new. They question will be if this one fails over time like the prior one….For now I loved my rating to 4 stars. Good customer service and the toothbrush is good when working but I removed a star because it should not have failed in 6 months..

This sonic unit is truly sonic. Easy to hold, this lightweight but powerful unit gets the job done in just a minute (or two for a more thorough job). The brushes are good and don't irritate the gums or soft oral tissue. It's amazing how they can sell something so good at such a reasonable price. We are buying more of them to replace our older non-Phylian units because there is no comparison in the features and performance, and it makes no sense to keep using the old ones and getting a poor (and slow) job. The unit appears to be extremely well made, so we are concerned about obtaining replacement brushes when the time comes.

As mentioned I can be bad about my 2 full minutes and this has prevented me from forgoing that. Good battery and comes with extra heads.

I've been using it for a short time, but have had no issues so far. The battery life seems to be exceptionally long. Good purchase!

For this price with so many brush head is not bad, compare with my Philiips of cause not that perfect.
