Great clippers for the money. They are not heavy but are still well made. They only make a low buzzing sound and very little vibration making them great for nervous dogs. I was in two minds about getting recharable as I have 3 Yorkies and thought it might not last on one charge, however, I actually did the 3 on the charge that was already in them! I also started my daughter's Yorkie but I could hear they were getting slower so used it plugged in. By the end of the session the light was showing green for fully charged. They are nice to handle and easy to switch on and off. The blade is easy to pop on and off for cleaning, although it does take a few attempts to get the knack of it, especially as the instructions are very basic. It comes with a good selection of comb attachments which are easy to get on, although these too need a bit of practice to get off. You have to slide them up past the blade. For the money I paid I was pleasantly surprised at the accessories included. A good quality pair of scissors, blending scissors and nail clippers, a large metal comb and a nail file. It also includes a cleaning brush and small bottle of oil. What I was disappointed with is that there is no blade protector and, due to the shape of the head, the one from my old clippers will not fit. It would also be nice if there was a storage case or bag, but you only have the box. One negative aspect is the lifetime guarantee. You have a poster in the box with your personal registration number. you are told to go to the website and register otherwise the guarantee is invalid. The registration was easy and it states an email will be sent to you and you must confirm it. I registered it 4 times but still have not had an email. Also, the only product showing on the website is a training collar, no sign of the clippers?? I intend to send them an email. This problem of course has no bearing on the fact that these are great clippers for the money. I am happy with them and they appear to be well made, but of course only time will tell if they are brilliant clippers and how long they will last. I would certainly recommend these to experienced or inexperienced people who just want to groom their own dog.

Bought these for my springer as usual groomer was on long term sick and he does not get on well with new ones.was quite impressed by results using the clippers and trimming his ears and tail with scissors.Hopefully he gets back in to the professional next time but will definitely be holding on to these for future needs.

I was unsure if this would be up to task as it was a little unclear what length hair was too long and I think we are just on the cusp.I use these on my English Springer who doesn’t have fur that is that long but the clippers did need unclogging quite regularly through a cut which is a bit of a pain but on the shorter areas it works a dream and cuts smoothly.The cutters are nice and quiet and all the extra tools that come with it are super handy for all the extra tidying up and trimming that’s needed, although I will say the normal scissors are a bit rubbish.

Fast charge, light weight, low noise, easy to use, choice of fur length using the guide combs and excellent results. Scissors are comfy to use but could have done with having a curved tip to the blades. I have a yorkshire terrier, chihuahua cross and her coat was long and unruly but with these clippers she now has a beautiful soft short fur like the chihuahua. Excellent value for money.

I had ordered these but for some reason didn't trust that they would be good. So ordered Wahls at double the price. Halfway through a frustrating attempt with said Wahls I decided to try these. Wow! What a difference! Dont get hot, actually cuts the hairs. Great feeling in your hand and lightweight. Still work in progress (because Ive never done this before) but they have been fab on my standard poodle. Half the price and 100% effective.

I bought these as a good proportion of reviews indicated that it was quiet, it even states on the box that it is 'whisper quiet' which is exactly what I needed as my dog enters attack mode even at the sound of an electric toothbrush.Sadly the clippers are not that quiet and nowhere near the 'whisper quiet' claimed by the manufacturer, the noise level are similar to that of clippers used in barbers, fortunately I had taken the mutt out for a long, long walk prior to the trim so she was too knackered to put up any type of resistance.I have a Border Terier who's coat is pretty dense and thick but the clippers eased through it without catching or leaving an uneven cut which was impressive.The clippers are very easy to use and come with quiet a few accompaniments which you may or may not use depending on your skill levels and dogs tolerance.All in all they are value for money and do a good job my only caveat being the noise level, if your dog is particularly sensitive then you may want to look elsewhere.

I thought for that price they wouldn't be as good as some more expensive I've bought in the past, these were just as good as any if not better. Cut well, battery duration is good, and they ain't too loud , accessories are decent too. Really Impressed

Perfect for my Cockapoo to keep his fur under control in the summer. Only downside is that the clips are very hard to get on and off and I get frustrated.

I've had it for years now and it's awesome, always sharp, not too loud, holds a charge for ages! It works so great. My dog hates grooming and this trimmer makes it so much easier. I cannot recommend these clippers enough. 100% worth it

Cheapest I have purchased in the last 4 years, and wow- these are pretty epic! Sharp, easy to use, quiet and 4 blade level options plus attachments. 2 pairs of scissors, oil, nail clipper & charger! Seriously a must. I have a ShihTzu - 20 lb and the blade cuts very easily.
