Quality Standard accessories, but customer support failed
Quality Standard accessories by the manufacturer and most suitable for Kuvings 1700.Cons: The customer support is not responding to guide me how to replace the silicon plug whereas it was easy to put the round washer in place. That's why one star minus expecting to get the customer support for my query.

Pathetic Chinese Brand - No customer service
Kuvings is a scam, it’s a sub-standard Chinese product where they keep scamming you for life. There is no customer service, you buy once and then you keep buying spares for life. The spares have as good a margin as their original machines. Auger for all popular brands costs around ₹1500, but they charge you ₹4,000 in Kuvings. Plus you need to order them from Amazon, they don’t have any service network. My Auger broke within 2 months, it was not under warranty. So except motor, everything is your own responsibility from the day the product is delivered.
