This scraping tool looks and feels solid and does a great job of scraping. The different sides have different contours to hug different muscle groups and really get a good massage. Corners were well rounded and feels the same as name brand scraping tools. Works very well on the neck and provides great grip to the user. Has helped me to self-massage and provide myofascial release around the scalenes, SCM, and upper trapezius muscles for better range of motion and less chronic pain.

A very solid and robust tool for muscle scraping. A simple stainless steel piece that works. I like the concave side matching the contours of where I'm scraping, like legs, arms, and anything round, and then the convex side for really digging in areas like the back.Cleaning is also super easy since it's stainless steel. I just wash it under water and put it back in its sleeve!One thing I do have to say is that for me personally, I'd like the handle (middle holes) to be a little closer so it is easier to grip and scrape. However, that's jut nitpicking. It is still a great tool for recovery!

Really great to break up scar tissue

Son had reconstructive surgeries on knee. Has a bunch of scar tissue and this tool is one that his PT uses. He loves it - says it does so much more than a massage gun. Easy to use and fits nicely in hand

This Tool is great for spraying fascia and breaking up tight muscle tissue. I have fibromyalgia and so my body always feels like it's in a vice grip, but this has been helpful. My knee was bothering me badly and using this tool a few times a week has almost eliminated the pain and locking up

It looks cool for starters. The mirror finished stainless still makes me confident I can sterilize with isopropyl alcohol after each use. Sonfar I’ve used it on my feet. It’s a little ticklish, IT band, proximal and distal lateral bursa.I wonder if it’s airplane legal. I don’t know what brass knuckles looks like but in my head it’s something like this.

Very satisfied with the purchase, very effective

I use it mainly for my foot because I have plantar fasciitis. I don’t like the design of the handles because it’s hard to hold with one hand. I would need to hold it with one hand and use the other to stabilize it. The hand placement part is too small so it hurts my knuckles hence I have to hold it by the side and use my other hand for support. But it works pretty good when I’m scrapping my feet and helps alleviates and control my plantar fasciitis.It can also be use for other body parts, such as forearm, biceps, chest and back if you have someone else to scrape for you.
