What a great fund !!
I bought two of these and they totally fit the bill.They're light and come with there own little storage bag. Size was perfect for both the scooter and our 3- wheeled bicycle.

Great bang for buck
I ride a yamaha FZ-07 and this thing fits it with room to spare. The elastic on the two bottom sides makes it nice and snug on my bike and the underside buckle is nice whenever it is a little windy to keep it from blowing off. Overall this thin fits the bill. It isn't especially thick and I assume in 2 years or so it will likely need to be replaced, but for 15 bucks it's absolutely great.
