Some maintenance required ---> Updated 8/7/15 The warranty worked!
08/07/2015:Contacted the manufacturer and they stood behind their warranty and shipped me a new nozzle. 5 stars for the customer support, 3 stars for the nozzle = 4 stars.8/4/15: Now the threaded interface between the handle and the hose will not stop leaking. I've tried 3 different rubber washers and tighten it well, leaks like a sieve. It's now in the pile of other failed nozzles, this one lasted 9 months. It will be interesting if the manufacturer will stand behind the 1 year warranty on this very expensive nozzle.Edit 7/19/15:It's still working - but not without maintenance. The center screw on the front of the nozzle spray selector comes loose and the nozzle sprays water out the sides and on the user. I've tightened this several times, once it required re-seating the internal O-ring. One wonders why they don't find a way to lock that screw in the right place so it stays adjusted correctly, it is just a SS screw in the threaded plastic body of the nozzle with no way to keep it in place, the main weak point of this nozzle. Basically it's laid out the same as other adjustable spray nozzles, but with a much larger O-ring.11/30/14:Product is solid looking and works well when new. The thumb trigger valve is very stiff, hopefully it will loosen up with use.The various nozzle spray patterns are nice. For this price point I hope it lasts.I'll mention that pulling back to open and pushing forward on the thumb shut-off to close seems awkward and tiring for my wife's thumb. It is not as tight as it used to be so that part still works properly. In general it's outlasting all the other similar nozzles I've bought, it's also the most expensive.

It often takes me 2 to 4 hours to water everything so I really need a good hose nozzle
This product is a complete scam. I am a serious gardener. I use a 200 foot hose to water my city container garden that covers both sides of a city block in planters and over 100 containers. It often takes me 2 to 4 hours to water everything so I really need a good hose nozzle. I have tried so many varieties and they all usually break within one season, so I decided to splurge and by this expensive hose head. I thought it would be worth it if it lasted and performed well. It arrives in a fancy box and packaging with fancy explanations of what the various settings do. Even though it looked and felt pretty ordinary, like any other hose head I have purchased, I excitedly hooked it up, expecting a strong jet, a good full setting and an nice rich even shower setting. I was shocked, absolutely shocked, at the poor quality of the stream of this nozzle. It's jet was thin, useless and ridiculously weak compared to all the other shower heads I have owned. It's shower was pathetic and it's full setting had a thin minimal flow. Maybe it is defective but I am returning it and going back to my $10 to $15 shower nozzles that actually work.

Elegant nozzle
The nozzle when I first got it looked amazing. It looked like I had just bought a bottle of liquor lol. The nozzle has a elegant way of working. You have the push motion forward and backward which makes a smoother transition from low pressure to high.I love all the different spray options. It can be used for gardening or washing your car. I especially like the full setting that allows me to be super lazy and still get to the far end of my grass. The only dislike that I have with this nozzle is it does leak somewhat on whatever lower sprayer setting is on the bottom. It doesn't leak enough for me to get soaked with the water trickling down towards me but it does leak. It's a great sprayer and deserves a solid 4 rating.I received a discount for my review.

Exceptional packaging... otherwise sub par... save your $$
Well made. Exceptional packaging... which honestly seems a bit wasteful. Time will tell if the durability is in the pudding. Will post again at the end of the summer.June 27 update - Nozzle broke where the metal at the bottom of the handle connects to the plastic after a gentle drop onto the lawn. Pressure at full is mediocre. Leaks not matter which washers are used. The flow lever is nice and the only reason my review is giving the nozzle 2 stars.

A good garden nozzle
I cannot say anything about the durability yet, but so far I really like this nozzle. It feels sturdy and well built with many different spray patterns. One thing to note is that if you are the type of person that is constantly starting and stopping the water flow, this design is not as user friendly as the trigger handle type nozzles. It does take a bit of force to move the flow control lever, but that is an acceptable tradeoff for being able to set a water flow rate and having it stay there.Overall I really like it, and would recommend it to others.

I don't think it is a good product. They leak from the rubber around the nozzle. I ordered a replacement and that one leaked too. I am just not a fan of the design for the on off bar across the top. Mine is a bar, not a button as shown in this picture. But it leaks after a while. And there is no guarantee of any type as you get with other nozzles. Also the nozzle is sent in a very $$ box..like what is used for Jewelry. Wish they spent more $$ on the product design vs the packaging.
