It is hard to find a supplement that actually works to help with thyroid functions. Most supplements are a combination of vitamins and minerals that are crammed into a capsule. They do not do harm but neither do they do the function they are supposed to. This thyroid support with iodine is a combination of vitamins, minerals, along with herbs and amino acids designed to help improve thyroid function. The main reason that I even bother with these supplements is that it can help improve my focus, my clarity, it can even give me the energy I seem to be lacking to get through the day.
