[One Key Network] CORSEE Wireless Security Camera System with 4 x 960P Weatherproof Night Vision Wireless Cameras,Fast View by Mobile and PC,1TB HDD.(Support Motion Detection and Email Alarm)

I bought this on Sept 9th, with high hopes of success. This writing is Oct 1st about three weeks after purchase and two weeks after installation.I installed this system about 2 weeks ago and it functioned OK a few days then it started to fail intermittently. I noticed the camera clock (various not always the same camera) not updating camera time and the video "frozen", (without closely watching you won't notice this right away) so it may have been doing this from the start and I didn't notice it, wireless signal very good and strong, cameras only 65ft away at maximum camera distance others closer. I disconnected all cameras re-powered DVR, reconnected cameras and still the same thing camera clock stops intermittently on various random cameras. The wireless signal is strong but no camera updates of live viewing or video recording from cameras. After re-setting DVR to factory default setting still intermittently operates.After experiencing this I have elected to return it for a refund. Very limited and brief instruction pamphlet! Save yourself the time and aggravation by getting a better quality system.

For the most part, this system works some time. Of the 4 cameras, 3 of them work, but sometimes they go out too. I have to keep turning the system off in order for the 3 cameras to all work at the same time, frustrating! It never fails, when we need to go back and check the recorded footage on one of the cameras at a specific time/date, that camera just happened to not have recorded during that time. I am looking into purchasing a better system. This would actually be a pretty decent system if all of the cameras worked and stayed on like they were setup to. The video clarity is not that bad. They need to really regroup and improve this system altogether.Update: Once we got some help with troubleshooting from the manufacturing company, we were able to get it working properly. It is a pretty good system. So, I will change rate from 2 to 4.

Not as consistent as I was hoping, sometimes I can access my cameras & sometime I cannot, not sure why? Happens with app & pc, not 100% reliable. Still haven't figured out how to record & access a recording remotely. Tech support answers within a day from China with email & very broken English, so sometimes it's a little hard to understand .....they told me my NVR had to be rest every week hard to do if you are out of town! Had someone go every week to reset unit still have trouble accessing the cameras Very Frustrated might get rid it and try something else. Don’t recommend this unit if you want to access remotely for more than a week!

The cameras work well as long as you are withing range of the recorder. Positioning of your recorder may be a key point with this product. I would rate this product higher but one camera has already failed. I know it is the camera because I have checked it out thoroughly. I am an electrical engineer.

I received my video surveillance system today and it's exactly what I was looking for. Excellent quality video, easy to set up. Included 4 cameras with capability to watch on my TV and phone. Very happy and excited. Excellent product.

Contact is poor, system is junk, constant dropped video, documentation is nonexistant. Company website is broken and links to updates are not working.

I would give 5 but I have one camera that comes in and out. Setup was easy. I had a difficult time connecting to my cell phone but customer service was great about emailing back in a timely manner and fixed the problem.
