Continuum Gameson the Go

I didn't purchase these cards for car rides. I purchased them so that when I have guest over we can stay entertained. Sometimes you can run out of things to talk about, or the energy can get a little dull with guest. There are high and low points. This game keeps the energy up. Most people love games, especially if you don't have to do anything but talk. No moving pieces around on a board, and no getting up. Some of the cards were only suitable if you are in the car driving. Most are fine to play anywhere. I read a few card instructions ahead of time and when my guest showed up, I recommended that we play the game when I felt like it was time. After we had talked about so much, after we had eaten, now it was time to play. It was just us adults. It was so fun. We were thoroughly entertained. We only played the game from one card. I highly recommend it. I keep them in my purse just in case I need an ice breaker. They are very durable. I carry them everywhere and they never got all bent up or frayed on the ends. Definitely worth the little money that I spent on them.

I bought this because my family spends a lot of time in the car and I have a wide range of kid ages. I keep these in my purse, and we actually play outside of the car, too. Some of the games are great for waiting in restaurants or doctor’s offices. We have even used them while waiting in between heats at my oldest’s swim meets. The cards are very sturdy, too. They literally just get tossed into my purse without any special consideration and have held up perfectly. I definitely recommend these if you spend any length of time in the car or waiting around for things.

After planning a three week trip with my family, I started looking to small games and activities that could keep me 7 year old entertained, and I'll be honest, I had fairly low hopes for something that looked kinda cheesy in the packaging BUT with activities that included remembering and adding onto previous turns, the next car you see is the one you "won in the lottery", and alliteration games, the entire family had a blast on long bus/car trips over the 3 weeks. It was small enough we could literally clip it to our bags to break out later into a long day yet never got in the way or lost due to its size. There are TONS of incredible games that kept our seven year old busy AND kept their brain active. I'm getting more when more of our friends and family go on vacation!) Try it. You won't be disappointed.

I had it for literally less than 10 seconds and it broke. The ring is really cheaply made and as I was opening it to put the cards in, it just broke and whatever spring was in there just popped out and flew off somewhere in my living room. The cards themselves were kinda entertaining for our road trip so they were a welcome distraction.
