Pivotal Therapy Set - Set includes: Occipivot, Cervical, Short Thoracic and Standard Lumbar Pivot

LOVE this! The Short Thoracic Pivot has changed my life! I've had headaches for the past 20 years. I've been seeing a chiropractor for 10 of those years. I've even been to a Physical Therapist. Before I bought this I could count on a headache at least once a week, which usually turned into a bad migraine. My husband would help and try to pop my back for me...sometimes it helped, sometimes not. My thoracic vertebrae refused to stay aligned longer than a week after a chiropractic visit. But I haven't had a migraine in more than a month, which is about the time I purchased this thoracic tool. It took several tries to get comfortable using it, until I knew I couldn't hurt myself. I have the Occipivot and Short Thoracic on an exercise mat on the floor. I lay back on it at least once a day, usually several times a day for just a minute or two. It always pops joints and things back into place. It's a MIRACLE for me. Just keeping my thoracic area aligned has eliminated my migraines. I haven't even used the Lumbar Pivot, but will eventually. I take this when I travel. Maybe my vertebrae will realign themselves using this each day. But as long as I'm headache free I'm happy!

It's probably not the fault of this system, but rather the fact that I am a small person, very short, and these were just too large for me to use. They need to make them for shorter people too. So, I cannot use mine. Will probably list it for re-sale.

I bought the set (occipivot, cervical, short thoracic and lumbar). Unfortunately, at 5'2", I am apparently too short to be able to use the set as shown. If I assume the correct position on the lumbar pivot, then the fingers of the cervical pivot end up mid-skull rather than on my neck; if I get the cervical and thoracic pivots adjusted comfortably where they need to go, then the lumbar pivot doesn't fit as it should. I think they need to offer a smaller size - I believe that each piece is just a bit too large for me. However, when I use them individually, they seem to work well and do allow the muscles to release. They just fit my husband at 5'10"; since you can separate the pieces from each other, I think they would work great even if over 6'.As stated by others, the directions are practically useless. I am a massage therapist yet for a while I was still second guessing myself as far as placement, mostly due to the sizing issue. I am still trying to figure out the exact purpose of the removable section of the lumbar pivot.

It's was worth every dime may b expensive but will change your life
