They have a resistance band for every experience level. Started with the “light” band. The material is thin but durable. Definitely can feel the resistance! Each band gets increasingly thicker as the level goes up. The "X-Heavy" is very thick. You won't need to buy new bands as your strength increases and you can tailor your resistance level based on different body workouts. The eBook was a great bonus. Was very helpful in providing suggested exercises with step by step instructions and pictures. Great set of bands. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought these bands to continue the exercises I learned in physical therapy. They looked the same but I realized they are not. After a couple of reps the bands start to roll over until they are more like a rope. They also slide down. Look for some that are thicker and heavier
