The content of the box isn’t creamy or thick, so I guess because the consistency is totally watery, the bottle doesn’t hold it maybe as good, and when I removed the top, all the liquid was out of the bottle. I’ve heard good things about the product but mine was all spilled so I didn’t get to try to see results.I also didn’t see an option or getting it replaces or something on here.

My husband noticed he was getting age spots on the top of his head (no surprise since he came late to the game using sunscreen) and asked me what would help him. I bought him a bottle of Timeless Vitamin C serum, told him how to use it, and in a month he was thrilled with the results. I will definitely be reordering this again and again. Worth every penny.

I love this serum. I buy it from Amazon rather than directly from the Timeless website even though they send me discount offers frequently. Amazon always has the same product for less or same price with free shipping. No contest.One thing to note, however... Toward the very end of the product I noticed that the serum had turned yellow instead of clear. With vitamin C, that means the product has "turned" and is not as effective. Because of this I would recommend always buying the smallest size and using it up in a timely manner.

I have been using this vitamin C serum daily in the AM for 9 months and it has exceeded my expectations!!! This serum has lightened my much 'sun damaged' skin on my face and neck, brown spots have disappeared and my skin is bright and glowing! The price is very reasonable, for such an effective product and amazon delivers in a day or two. I do keep it in the refrigerator for freshness and purity.

I just received my order — I've been using this serum for years, and I quite like it. However, the product on this page is the .5 ounce version. For which I paid $18.99. Which feels dishonest and deceptive. The full size Timeless Vitamin C Serum (1 oz.) is only a dollar more ($19.99). It never crossed my mind that I was paying this much for a half-ounce of this product. Yes, it is my fault for not reading the fine print; but I suspect that many other people have made this same mistake. This half-size bottle should not be essentially the same price as a full-size bottle. Not cool, Timeless.

On Amazon, the instructions only say to use “daily” which to me suggests during the day. However, the bottle says to use at night. I don’t know why, but I have a guess: this serum makes your face incredibly shiny. Putting a moisturizer over it makes it even worse. It looks like my face is shellacked. If I used this at night I wouldn’t care, but at night I use retinol and I’d rather use this during the day (which I think is when lots of people use vitamin C). I won’t be ordering again.
