Not a happy customer
I am not happy with their product. They were constantly jamming and I never have an issue with Office Depot. I tried to request to return the remaining 2 boxes as I was not happy with the quality of the paper. They were asking me to send them photos of printer as if they can determine the problem by looking the printer photo. In short they didn’t stand behind their product and here to make a quick buck without providing a satisfactory customer service.
