Great Products
I would recommend this trimmer blade to anyone it lasts a whole lot longer than string. This is the second six-blade trimer I have purchased for a second trimmer I got from friend

Does not work for EGO as stated in some reviews (BUT)
So great product, does what it is supposed to do and cuts through small trees, vines etc. with little effort. This is not a chain saw so do not expect it to knock down 1: diameter or more stuff. This will in fact "fit" the EGO system in two wats:1. Go through the time to find a spline adapter that fits the ego. This would be time consuming to say the least.2. Buy a second trimmer head, and take your old on a part. Use the factory not and an impact wrench and force the spline adapter on to the EGo head. It will destroy the splines for the original head, but I bought a second and now have a brush cutter head and a trimmer head. Easy peasy.

True beast!
Used this for three weekends on my rural property. I cleared over a mile worth of briars, and some 3/4" saplings. This is a game changer for clearing greatly overgrown rural areas. It finally bit the dust after i accidently hit a hardwood. Well worth the money for all the hassle of dealing with VERY thick briars. I am buying another one now. It held up surprisingly well

Oh boy, hoping I don't die.
It looks good in the pictures, but when you get your hands on it... Try not to laugh. Its pretty much made from sheet metal, I'll be impressed if it doesn't explode the first time I hit a stone or something else solid. I'm quite sure the my Cub Cadet mower deck is thicker metal.

Durability
I used both items cutting weeds this spring. Items were easy to understand and mount on my Echo string trimmer. Neither item lasted more than a a few hours. Could not recommend.

Adapted to Dewalt trimmer
I bought these to use with a battery-powered DeWalt string trimmer - figuring I could adapt it somehow as the general consensus was these blades were for gas-powered trimmers only. Using a 1" OD x 3/8" ID Fender washer as an arbor worked satisfactorily as the included locking plate does not fit Dewalt electrics. The washer can be pressed into the center hole to stabilize the blade, and judicious tightening of the included hardware held it in place. It won't cut down saplings or thick stems, but it will cut barberry, rose, and other smaller stemmed bushes - and this on the LOW setting. Once I get an additional locking plate I will try epoxying a washer to the plate for more stability, but it seems to work fine as is.

Cheap quality steel
Blades bent and were damaged on the first use.

Thanks
With some adjustments made they work now. Some peices missing as well as no instructions, but my son is good with figuring things out. If it was all there would be a better review. I'm sure this Not a thing that happens normally so it's all good. Good service and fast shipping. Thanks
