Good earbuds, but don't work well for me
My first set was DOA, but they were promptly replaced by Amazon and Hematiter provided a 10% off coupon code for the replacement..My principal issue is that I cannot keep the right side firmly implanted into my ear. It loosens and has to be pushed back in about every 5 to 10 minutes. The left earbud stays put; I've tried swapping the ear cups, but the result is the same. So, it must be my ear canal structure that is the problem.I use them while walking so that I can listen to audio books. The problem I'm having is that when cars pass the ambient noise is such that I can't fully understand the audio unless I crank up the volume. But when there is no traffic the increased volume is uncomfortably loud.I would rate the audio quality as satisfactory for my use.I've been using wired Bose QC25s for several years and just wanted to get cut the cord and to use something less obtrusive. Of course the audio for music cannot compare to the quality of the QC25s, but then I didn't expect it to. My daily walk is about an hour and and I did find the QC25s to be more comfortable except for that blasted wire. The end result is that I've ordered $65 non noise cancelling over the ear Bluetooth headphones. I know that they won't have the quality of what Bose is offering for $350, but if I want to listen to music instead of audio books I'll just put up with the wire on my QC25s. I'll also continue to use the noise cancelling QC25s when flying because there may be issues with Bluetooth on an airplane.I'll keep the Hematiters for use when its raining since they are waterproof and really not that bad.Incidentally, it looks like the same earbuds are available at a lower cost, but under a different brand name. They don.t include the car charger adapter and the arm pouch for a cell phone. And, customer service may not be as good as it was with Hematiter. So, if you don't need these things its worth searching for the substitute.

Definitely worth the money
Just received today. So far so good. The headphones fit very well and come with 3 different sizes of ear pieces. They sit comfortably and I could easily forget they're on. The over-the-ear piece is a very soft rubber that kind of just hangs over it, to keep the ear pieces in. These could, maybe should be more rigid, but work just fine. The ear pieces are angles and fit perfectly. The sound is shockingly impressive, even the bass seems powerful. These do a great job cancelling sound, I don't even hear my girlfriend screaming from the basement anymore. The accessories that come with it seem of fair quality. The case looks like it will work just fine, if not being a little cheaply made. But hey, it's a free little add on, no big. The charger seems sturdy, I haven't had a chance to try it. The case is seemingly very good quality and plenty big enough for the charger, headphones, and my phone charger, without being TOO big.Over all I'm very surprised with the quality of these headphones. Much nicer than I expected. If they fail later, I will update this. If I haven't updated, assume my girlfriend escaped from the basement or the headphones hold up well.

Nice product but some has some CONS. Frustrating CONS.
I finally found a set of headphones that fit my ears. I love the sound and the fit is great. The Cons: there is no online support the website provided Hermatiter.com takes me to a Japanese web site for something that looks like furniture. So there is no way to register product for "Life Time" warranty. NOTHING. Users Guide is so small you cant read it. I literally had to take a picture with cell phone and blow the users guide up. Would have been nice to see have a guide online.UPDATE: CON: I cant get the headphones to pair up with my computer.UPDATE-2: Hematiter contacted me and has rectified all my problems. User Guide Sent to mail. Web Site is able to view now and I can register for the life time warranty. The problem with the pairing up to my computer is still happening but with the great customer service they are willing to replace the head set if we cant find what the problem is. Customer is fast to respond and very willing to help.

Don't waste your time with these earbuds like I did
I have already returned this item, after only have for just over 1 week. I tested these out on a run, and on the first test I couldn't stand them. The bluetooth connected smoothly, the issue was with it remaining connected throughout my run. Keep in mind the instructions tell you to make sure the ear buds are within 10 feet of your phone and to "not block the ear buds connectivity". I was wear a FlipBelt during my run, my phone was in the pocket and was on my lower back. Kept losing connection, it drove me crazy.2nd test, I went for a light jog wearing my arm strap (not the one provided in this package), and the ear buds had the same result. Nothing was blocking anything and my phone and ear buds were less than a foot away from each other.Don't waste your time with these earbuds like I did. I read the bad reviews warning me of this same issue and I ignored them to try for myself....don't bother!!
