The tread is deep and lasts. The "pull" handles are a must. Fit good and are comfortable. Use the RedBack "grease" often, it will prevent them from eventually splitting. I learned the hard way. My number one outdoor footwear.

My second pair, love em! Once they break in, they are more comfortable than my AirMax. First pair lasted about 4 years, until I stood on a piece of hot metal, fresh outta the plasma cutter, wondering what that burning smell was! I never even felt it ,though. Only realized it when I stepped back and my boot was melted to the part. Had it not been for that, they would still be going strong.....Also, got my toes run over by a forklift once with them on: no damage to me or the boots 👍🏻👍🏻
